ORDERS: Land of Om Provisions processes and ships in-stock items within 5 business days. Orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.  If your item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.   

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.



All orders are shipped from Arizona.

Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100*: We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. *This offer excludes orders with canvases. Eligible customers must select free shipping during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option is chosen, additional charges will apply. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Not valid on international shipments. 

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.  Other promotional restrictions may apply. For specific questions, please contact us at

Shipping Method: We currently charge standard shipping rates associated with USPS, based on product weight. We also charge a small handling fee on all items. Due to size and weight, canvases will be shipped at a higher rate.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive via email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if you provided Land of Om Provisions with an accurate email address.*

*Small items like stickers or other things sent in a standard envelope will not have tracking numbers.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.



We are committed to inspiring you to live your truth and to providing you with quality provisions for your journey. If for any reason you do not love your Land of Om purchase, you may return it within 20 days of your original shipment date for a full refund. Returns received back after 20 days from the original shipment date will not be accepted.   

Your item(s) must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the returned items are damaged, have been worn or misused.  

Sale merchandise and items purchased during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and all orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  

At this time, all exchanges are processed as a return and are subject to our return policy. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and you will have to purchase the new item separately.  

If package is returned due to Incorrect Address / Insufficient Address / Refused: Packages returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable/insufficient address or if you refused the package, you will be refunded excluding the shipping cost originally paid and a 10% restocking/handling fee.

How To Return Your Item: 

1. Please email us at and let us know about the return request. Be sure to let us know your Order #. We'll try to get back to you within 24 hours.  

2. Once your return is approved, we will email you our return address. As of now, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please ensure the package is properly packaged to prevent lose or delay in shipping.  

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue you a refund.  Any applicable credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customer may be charged a $10 rejection fee.
